✅ Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery if:

• The item is unopened and in its original condition

OR

• The item is faulty or damaged upon arrival

To start a return, email us at info@purechoiceproducts.com with your order number and a brief explanation. We may request a photo for verification.

💸 Refunds

• Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

❗ Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

• Returns requested after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted.

📬 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• We recommend using a tracked service—we’re not responsible for lost return packages.
